If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You can cancel your order anytime till the products are not shipped to you from our side. Just send us an email mentioning your order ID. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full amount. However, please note that once the product is already shipped from our side, you will not be able to cancel the order. You can check the status of your orders from the account details page under ‘My Account’.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Whatever cost we incurred to ship the product to you, will be deducted from your refund. This is also applicable for orders where we offer free shipping. The cost of the shipping is actually paid by us for these orders. When you return such items where you availed free shipping, the cost that we incurred from our side to send you the items will be deducted from your refund.
Also, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
